Support Technician \- IT Infrastructure Orsegups is looking for a qualified professional to fill the position of Support Technician. Our goal is to find a candidate with both technical skills and interpersonal abilities to ensure internal customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of company computers and systems. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to internal users, addressing issues related to Windows desktops, Microsoft Office applications, basic network and internet configuration, and computer assembly. * Diagnose hardware and software problems and provide appropriate solutions. * Work as part of a team to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. * Demonstrate proactivity in supporting company departments. Requirements: * Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Skills in internet configuration and troubleshooting related issues. * Ability to assemble and disassemble computers, replacing components as needed. * Proactive attitude toward learning and staying updated on the latest technology trends and innovations. * Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and collaborate within a team.
