Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to internal users, addressing issues related to Windows Desktops, Microsoft Office applications, basic network and internet configuration, and computer assembly. * Diagnose hardware and software problems and provide appropriate solutions. * Work as part of a team to ensure problems are resolved efficiently and effectively. * Demonstrate proactivity in supporting company departments.
