




**Job Opening: Human Resources (HR) Assistant** **Location:** Itapema – SC **Job Description** We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative **HR Assistant**, to support HR routines, ensuring assistance to employees and leadership, while contributing to a productive work environment aligned with the company’s culture. **Responsibilities** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication) * Assist with onboarding of new employees * Provide support for HR administrative tasks * Manage documents, files, and contracts * Support time tracking, vacation management, hiring, and terminations * Assist employees with inquiries and clarifications * Support internal organizational climate initiatives, training programs, and internal communications * Update HR spreadsheets and systems **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields — preferred but not mandatory.** * Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a team **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory for hiring)** * Experience in real estate or construction/development sectors * Knowledge of HR systems and time-tracking software * Experience in recruitment and selection **We Offer** * Competitive market-based salary * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Collaborative and well-organized work environment Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month
