Professional responsible for providing academic financial support and service, performing analyses, adjustments, negotiations, and management of student benefits.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Provide service to internal and external stakeholders of Fundação Univali, delivering technical support and guidance related to academic financial processes;
Assist students and their respective financial sponsors regarding academic insurance and student financing programs, clarifying doubts, guiding procedures, and tracking requests;
Analyze and adjust refundable balances in cases of enrollment cancellation, enrollment suspension, and other academic leaves;
Develop and monitor full-course payment plans;
Conduct debt review and reconsideration analyses, as well as lead financial negotiations with students and their financial sponsors;
Register course credit and fee amounts in the academic system, per CAS Resolution approval;
Analyze and adjust student financial records based on contracted credit hours and semester or annual payment plans;
Support processes related to granting, maintaining, and terminating financial benefits for students;
Maintain updated records in institutional systems, ensuring data integrity;
Contribute to continuous improvement of student service and financial management processes;
Perform other related duties as required by the department or immediate supervisor.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting;
Postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields is desirable.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Salary: R$3.400,00 – R$3.600,00 per month
