Provide technical support to users and manage assets. **Description** Ensure the stability, security, and high availability of all the company's technological tools, both software and hardware. **Main Responsibilities**: * **Infrastructure Scalability**: Ensure that technology infrastructure (servers, cloud, internet links) supports technology demands. * **Internal Network** – Configure and maintain internal computer networks, whether wired or Wi-Fi; * **Access Policies** – Maintain data access policies and credential management for operating systems. * **High Internet Availability** – Ensure internet links and load balancing meet business requirements. * **Asset Management**: Ensure proper operation of equipment (servers, desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile phones, etc.) by anticipating replacements and upgrades before failures occur. * **Technology Vendor Management**: Serve as the direct interface with technology vendors, including internet service providers, IP telephony providers, and ERP/WMS technical support. * **Service Desk (User Support)**: Resolve daily hardware, operating system, email, and marketing tool access issues reported by users. * **Endpoint Backup and Security**: Monitor daily backups and ensure all endpoints have up-to-date antivirus and firewalls.
