We are looking for a **Mid-Level Java and React Full-Stack Developer**, and you can find the details of this opportunity below—come take a look!
Important: We are currently located in the Pedra Branca neighborhood of Palhoça/SC and operate under a **hybrid work model**.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Developing and enhancing Java backend services with a focus on performance and scalability;
* Building and improving React-based user interfaces, translating product requirements into seamless user experiences;
* Analyzing and resolving production issues (without delegating problems);
* Participating in technical decision-making alongside the team (architecture, design, trade\-offs);
* Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code;
* Conducting code reviews with critical thinking (not approving for convenience);
* Collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver real value;
* Monitoring and improving system health (logs, metrics, stability);
* Continuously reducing technical debt;
* Leveraging AI tools such as Claude to enable agile and rapid delivery.
Requirements: **To take on this mission, you must have:**
* Solid experience with version control using Git;
* Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E);
* Strong understanding of best practices (Clean Code, SOLID);
* Ability to independently debug and resolve problems;
* Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
**Back\-end:**
* Practical experience with Java and Spring Boot;
* Experience developing REST APIs;
* Knowledge of relational databases (SQL);
**Front\-end:**
* Experience with React and TypeScript;
* Knowledge of Tailwind for styling;
* Experience managing state and asynchronous data;
* Experience with React Hook Form and schema validation (Zod);
* Understanding of routing with React Router;
* Familiarity with consuming REST APIs via Axios;
* Awareness of componentization, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
**Not required, but we’ll be thrilled if you:**
* Have worked with microservices in production;
* Have experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar);
* Know observability tools (Sentry, OpenTelemetry, structured logs, metrics, tracing);
* Have worked with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure);
* Have experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes;
* Have handled high-scale or high-volume data systems;
* Have a track record of continuous improvement (not just backlog execution).
