Job Summary: We are seeking a seamstress to work in the sewing department of a maternity fashion e-commerce platform, producing pilot garments and ensuring production quality. Key Highlights: 1. Produce pilot garments from patterns and technical sheets. 2. Perform garment fittings and adjustments together with the styling/prototyping team. 3. Support the development of new models and collections. We are a maternity fashion e-commerce platform looking for someone to assist us in the sewing department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Produce pilot garments from patterns and technical sheets * Interpret technical sheets, patterns, and technical drawings * Perform garment fittings and adjustments together with the styling/prototyping team * Test various sewing techniques and finishing methods * Suggest construction improvements to optimize production * Ensure consistent finishing standards and garment quality * Support the development of new models and collections **Requirements:** * Experience as a seamstress * Proficiency with machines: straight-stitch, overlock, bias-binding, and chain-stitch * Knowledge of finishing techniques, fabric types, and drape * Ability to work with ready-made patterns and perform adjustments * Organization, attention to detail, and diligence * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team **Desired Profile:** * A committed, careful, and detail-oriented individual * Passionate about fashion and product development * Possesses critical thinking skills for adjustments and improvements **Benefits We Offer:** * Meal Allowance/Food Voucher: BRL 22.77/day \- on a flexible benefits card; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from BRL 2\.339.00 per month Benefits: * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
