Serve as the technical reference for industrial costs and industrial controller The company is seeking a Cost Efficiency Coordinator in Chapecó. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the entire industrial cost cycle, including direct costs, indirect costs, standard costs, actual costs, and variances. Conduct monthly analysis of production costs, identifying variances, waste, deviations from standards, and opportunities for cost reduction. Implement and monitor cost centers and industrial expense drivers. Consolidate information for pricing, margin, and product-level profitability calculations. Control inventories and support rotating and general inventory counts, ensuring accuracy. Review and refine cost calculation processes, proposing continuous improvements. Support production areas in interpreting performance indicators and financial impacts. Monitor productivity, efficiency, losses, and raw material usage. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and comparative analyses (planned vs. actual). Participate in the annual budgeting process and forecasting, providing critical cost insights. Support strategic supplier negotiations and purchasing decisions.
