ATTENTION: AXIA Energy does not charge fees for tests, examinations, or participation in the selection process. **Responsibilities and duties** Lead strategic processes related to environmental licensing of **power generation and transmission projects**, ensuring regulatory compliance and socio-environmental integration in large- and small-scale projects. **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise **environmental licensing processes** for generation (hydroelectric, thermal, wind) and power transmission. * Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure deadlines and technical quality in environmental studies. * Interface with regulatory agencies, communities, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and guidelines. * Develop strategies for impact mitigation and implementation of socio-environmental programs. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Biology, or related fields; * Solid experience in environmental licensing; * In-depth knowledge of indigenous components and processes related to consultation and impact mitigation; * Experience in people and process management; * Willingness to travel; * Brazilian driver’s license category B; * Willingness to reside in Florianópolis/SC. **Desirable requirements:** * Proficiency in foreign languages (preferably English and Spanish) for international contexts. **Additional information** **Benefits** At AXIA Energy, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
