Your main responsibilities will be: * Directly manage customer retention and recovery within the portfolio; * Conduct churn analysis to identify cancellation causes, purchase decline, or inactivity; * Develop and implement relationship-building and loyalty strategies with customers; * Monitor repurchase, sell-out, and portfolio performance indicators; * Contact inactive customers to reactivate them; * Identify opportunities for revenue growth and maintenance; * Update information and history in the CRM; * Support the commercial team with insights on portfolio behavior; * Build close relationships with distributors and end customers; * Prepare reports and analyses on retention, recurrence, and customer losses. For this position, we expect you to have: * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * An analytical and strategic mindset; * Ability to build strong customer relationships; * Organizational skills and experience tracking KPIs; * Knowledge of CRM systems and commercial routines; * Ability to identify problems and propose quick solutions; * Proficiency in working with retention targets and metrics. Desirable skills: * Experience in retention/churn/customer success; * Self-motivation, proactivity, and sense of urgency; * Resilient profile focused on results; * Knowledge of portfolio analysis and customer behavior.
