Network configuration and administration of virtualized environments Professional to support the company's technological operations, with a focus on support, system maintenance, databases, networks, and infrastructure. Main Responsibilities * Provide technical support to company users. * Assist with access, monitoring, and basic support for internal servers and services. * Support SQL database maintenance and queries. * Provide support for routines, simple adjustments, and integrations. * Assist with VPN configuration and maintenance, basic firewall rules, and inter-environment connectivity. * Support administration of virtual machines and virtualized environments. * Perform tests, validations, and documentation of technical processes. * Support access control, permissions management, and IT asset organization. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. * Basic knowledge of Java or general programming logic. * Familiarity with major programming languages and solid foundation in programming logic. * Knowledge of infrastructure and networking fundamentals. * Basic to intermediate understanding of VPN, firewalls, network tunneling, and virtual machines. * Familiarity with accessing Windows and/or Linux servers. * Ability to diagnose technical issues with organization and logical reasoning. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ERP systems, corporate databases, or enterprise systems. * Experience providing user support in a corporate environment. * Basic knowledge of information security. * Experience with monitoring, backup, or service desk functions. * Experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure, and some more modern programming languages.
