




Job Summary: An HR professional to supervise activities, manage recruitment, payroll, training and development (T&D), and handle labor legislation. Key Highlights: 1. Full-cycle recruitment and selection management using ATS systems. 2. Development and implementation of Training and Development programs. 3. HR metrics analysis and preparation of managerial reports. #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate Human Resources department activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle—from job profile definition to new employee onboarding—using ATS systems. * Develop and implement Training and Development (T&D) programs, evaluating their effectiveness and impact on team performance. * Administer and optimize payroll, benefits, and electronic timekeeping processes, ensuring legal compliance and data accuracy. * Serve as the focal point for labor legislation and union relations, applying current regulations and mitigating organizational risks. * Prepare and analyze HR metrics (KPIs), such as turnover, absenteeism, and organizational climate, presenting managerial reports and action plans. * Implement and manage performance management systems, including periodic evaluations and individual development plans. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Ability to develop and manage team training and development programs. * Proficiency in creating and analyzing HR metrics and managerial dashboards. #### **Skills** * Labor Legislation (CLT) * Payroll Management * Recruitment and Selection * Training and Development * HR Systems (ERP/HCM) * HR KPI Analysis * Performance Management * Interpersonal Communication * Conflict Resolution ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Food Basket, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
