




Job Summary: Responsible for telephone support, team scheduling, service order management, and administrative tasks with a focus on organization and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Organized environment and accurate information flow **Responsibilities:** * Handle telephone inquiries and route service requests to field teams. * Provide support to employees by clarifying questions and recording requests. * Locate field teams and organize the daily service schedule. * Distribute service orders according to priority and operational needs. * Verify, update, and close service orders in the system. * Manage operational and administrative spreadsheets using advanced Excel features (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, data organization). * Monitor operation- and team-related reports and KPIs. * Perform general administrative tasks using computers and internal systems. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as department-related files and documents. * Assist with internal routines to ensure smooth and accurate information flow to supervision and management. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative or team scheduling routines (preferred). * Strong customer service skills and clear communication. * Organization, agility, and attention to detail. * **Proficiency in Excel** (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
