Or, as we like to say: BENTELER makes it happen! **Main Responsibilities:** Perform module assembly in an agile, organized and safe manner, meeting the quality requirements specified by the customer; Operate assembly processes using appropriate equipment and tools to meet customer production schedules; Verify product components according to type or model, following the work instructions (WI) applicable to the assigned station; Perform various production tasks as required by the workstation, aiming at productivity and product quality; Conduct line release procedures according to ITPR (visual aid) to ensure proper machine operation, preventing accidents and quality defects; Perform daily tests of Poka\-Yokes (error-proofing systems) using non-conforming parts to detect system malfunctions; Correctly execute all activities according to work instructions, aiming to maintain the quality levels required by the company; Remove parts from machines after operation and perform visual inspection, reporting any irregularities found, in accordance with work instructions and control plans for each operation, ensuring work quality and preventing accidents and damage; Quality and Environmental System Related Activities: Carry out tasks related to internal audits and FIFO; Be accountable for material assets, information, documents, and cash under your responsibility, safeguarding BENTELER's property and ensuring confidentiality regarding restricted projects and data related to your position or area. Participate in internal and external training programs as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor, seeking knowledge and specialization in subjects relevant to BENTELER’s business, your area or position, as well as technical improvement and updates, aiming at professional and personal development.
