Develop Teaching Plans, proposing learning activities aligned with the philosophical and pastoral principles of the Pedagogical Political Project and the objectives outlined in the guidelines of the Marist Network of Schools, aiming at the integral development of students; II. Design learning activities according to the segment coordinator's guidance, ensuring personalized follow-up for each student; III. Develop Teaching Plans that meet inclusion guidelines; IV. Implement planned learning activities, mediating, guiding and monitoring them to promote students' integral development; V. Propose and carry out differentiated learning activities, in line with pedagogical objectives, aimed at recovering learning and promoting individual student development; VI. Participate in pedagogical meetings and training sessions promoted by the educational institution and the Marist Network of Schools; VII. Monitor student development, observing and recording the process in appropriate documents such as: class diaries, observation records, minutes of individual meetings, and others defined by the Marist Network of Schools; VIII. Develop activities and assessment tools, as well as administer and correct them, recording and analyzing results in the Academic System through Evaluative School Reports, grades or similar, within established deadlines; IX. Prepare students for Cambridge exams and administer the respective tests; X. Conduct meetings with students' guardians, sharing significant aspects related to their learning processes; XI. Participate in Class Councils using your knowledge, individual and group records and observations, contributing to the teaching and learning process; XII.
