And you—do you want to be part of this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** * Support monitoring and control of IT and systems projects; * Assist in requirements gathering from internal departments; * Support the development of schedules, documentation, and process flows; * Monitor systemic improvement requests and support feature validation; * Perform updates and maintain controls in project management tools; * Support communication among users, vendors, and the technical team; * Assist in project data and indicator analysis; * Provide administrative and operational support to systems and projects routines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Availability for on-site work in Palhoça/SC; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Interest in project management, technology, and process improvement; * Preferred: familiarity with project management tools, Power BI, SQL, or agile methodologies. **Additional information** Strattner will use the personal data provided by the candidate exclusively for recruitment processes, including databases hosted on third-party platforms.
