Description: Education: * Minimum: Ongoing bachelor's degree in fields such as Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Information Technology, or related areas. * Preferred: Completed bachelor's degree. Experience: * Minimum: 1 year of experience in product-related roles or experience in tax and accounting areas. Preferred: 1 year and 6 months in similar roles or in an agile environment, or experience in tax and accounting areas. * * Technical Skills: * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello); * Basic programming logic; * Basic knowledge of UX/UI; * Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD). Behavioral Skills: * Leadership; * Clear and assertive communication; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Organization and attention to detail; * Adaptability to change. * Proposing new features and improvements based on stakeholder feedback, market analysis, and internal data, contributing to product innovation and evolution; * Organizing and prioritizing the backlog, classifying requests by criticality and added value, ensuring alignment with product goals; * Actively participating in agile ceremonies such as dailies, refinements, plannings, and retrospectives, ensuring demands are well-aligned and understood by all involved; * Ensuring requests are properly documented according to their item type (user stories, incidents, projects, etc.), including clear and detailed acceptance criteria to guide the development team; * Monitoring delivery progress, tracking impediments, and reporting status and risks to the Product Manager, suggesting alternatives and solutions for identified issues; * Collaborating with UX/UI professionals during stakeholder research, assisting in validating prototypes and concepts to ensure optimized user experience; * Tracking product performance indicators, analyzing metrics such as delivery speed, adoption rates, and user satisfaction, reporting insights to the Product Manager and stakeholders; * Participating in sprint planning, ensuring the development team has a well-structured and detailed backlog for efficient execution; * Performing other related job duties. 2510190202501671862
