**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT Labor Code * Collect and classify samples; * Prepare samples for sensory analysis; * Manually separate impurities; * Identify moisture content, aroma, and odor of samples; * Present results of sensory analyses; * Record technical data and information related to samples; * Identify need for maintenance and corrections in the work environment; * Calibrate equipment; * Use appropriate materials to perform tasks, ensuring organization and proper conservation, following established usage procedures; * Enter data into the SIAGRI system (Grain and Product Inbound and Outbound); * Issue invoices, register records, and manage product exchanges between Units and Producers; * Provide customer and producer service at weighing scales, including truck weighing and directing drivers to loading and unloading areas; * Operate company vehicles as required (Driver’s License Category B); * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork ability, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position; **General Responsibilities** * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety and information security policies (including proper use of PPE); * Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal bylaws; * Propose process improvements; * Participate in industry-related events (meetings, seminars, associations, etc.); * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; completed Technical education; and/or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Agronomy, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Must reside in the city where the position is located. * Prior experience in grain classification is desirable. * Experience with data entry and invoice issuance is required. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
