Requirements and Qualifications * Technical school diploma / undergraduate degree / higher education degree in Technology; * Prior experience in technical support; * Spanish: proficiency in both oral and written communication. **Desirable:** * Experience with integration APIs conforming to SOAP and REST standards; * Knowledge of SQL databases (DQL, DML, DDL, and DTL).
