Our goal is to build the “iOS of living well”—a platform built on AI agents, proprietary methodology, and premium experience. We are seeking a single individual to lead the technical creation of the WS Platform. This person will be responsible for translating our business methodology into software, building the foundation of a platform that scales architecture, high-standard decision-making, and experience—powered by AI. **Why join WS?** • Build a platform from scratch • Work closely with the founder • Have real impact on product decisions • Create original work grounded in methodology and identity • Be part of the foundational team of a long-term project **Responsibilities:** • Lead the technical architecture of the WS Platform • Develop the full-stack MVP from scratch • Integrate AI as the core of the product—not as a feature • Design and orchestrate AI agents • Structure: guided briefing, client qualification, concept generation, and decision-making • Model data, workflows, and business rules • Define tech stack, standards, and best practices • Collaborate directly with the CEO on product vision **Who we’re looking for:** • Has hands-on experience building digital products • Thinks in systems—not just screens • Understands applied AI in business contexts • Is comfortable taking ownership and making decisions • Thrives in zero-to-one environments **Expected technical expertise:** We don’t seek a “perfect stack,” but solid proficiency across most of the following: • Back-end: Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI) • Front-end: React / Next.js • AI: • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Agent design • Structured prompt engineering • RAG / contextual memory • Databases: SQL + Vector DB • Infrastructure & deployment: AWS / GCP / Vercel • Integrations: external APIs, CRM, WhatsApp, payments, etc. **Nice-to-haves (not required):** • Experience with agent-based platforms • Early-stage startup experience • Product and UX sensibility • Interest in design, architecture, lifestyle, or premium markets **This role is NOT for you if:** • You prefer only well-defined tasks • You’ve never led technical decisions • You view AI solely as a “smart chat” • You prefer rigid corporate environments • You’re uncomfortable with autonomy and responsibility **Contract model:** • PJ or international contract • Compensation aligned with seniority • Opportunity for strategic involvement in the project
