




Our client is an auction house, with a solid history and active throughout the national territory, seeking a professional to serve as an administrative assistant. **Responsibilities:** Analyze processes identifying possible errors; Organize the Auction Notice by compiling data extracted from the process review and other administrative routines within the auction office; Understand the new public bidding law and work on the extrajudicial side, managing execution and completion of auctions. **Requirements:** Completed high school or currently pursuing or holding a degree in Administration, Law, or related fields; Knowledge of contracts; Knowledge of administrative routines; Good communication skills; Proactive; Resourceful; Team-oriented with assertiveness. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. **Work location:** **Neighborhood:** das Nações **City:** Balneário Camboriú **State:** SC
