We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Receive and analyze procurement requests. Conduct quotations with suppliers. Assist in negotiating delivery timelines, values, and commercial terms. Issue purchase orders in the ERP system. Monitor delivery deadlines (active follow-up). Register purchase orders, invoices, and CTEs in the system. Verify whether purchases comply with the project budget. Maintain an updated supplier registry. Support the development of new suppliers. Expand and update the supplier database. Organize tax documentation and supply contracts. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Analyst, Logistics Assistant, or Procurement Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Technical degree required.
