Chat Support (Questor Desk) \- Respond in real time to requests received through the Questor Desk platform. \- Identify and understand the customer's needs, classifying tickets by type of occurrence (question, incident, request). \- Forward or escalate tickets when necessary, ensuring detailed registration for follow-up. \- Monitor response time and customer satisfaction metrics. 2\. Phone Support \- Provide direct customer support via telephone, with clear and concise communication. \- Assist in immediate problem resolution, reducing user wait time. \- Record all interactions in the ticketing system, keeping the history up to date. 3\.
