Assembly Supervisor Position Description We are seeking a professional to serve as an Assembly Supervisor within our external team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the assembly team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and in compliance with technical specifications. Responsibilities * Lead the assembly team by assigning tasks and monitoring employee performance * Ensure that project assembly is carried out in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards * Perform planning and control of on-site assembly to meet established deadlines * Keep the team motivated and engaged, fostering a collaborative work environment * Report progress and any identified issues to management * Complete the construction daily log Requirements * Prior experience as an Assembly Supervisor in the prefabricated construction industry * Driver's license category B * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation * Leadership ability and teamwork skills * Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines * Completed high school education or higher education in related fields
