Preparation of execution projects and technical reports Responsibilities JOB MISSION Act as the technical liaison between the company and the client, overseeing construction execution, ensuring correct application of designs, and promoting excellence in the delivery of contracted services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Provide technical supervision of construction sites after contract closing, ensuring compliance with designs; 2\. Instruct proper on-site material storage; 3\. Guide equipment installation according to the approved execution design; 4\. Conduct periodic site visits, monitoring floor-by-floor construction progress; 5\. Issue technical monitoring reports for construction sites, including photographic documentation from visits; 6\. Record all on-site activities in the system, linking them to the client's account; 7\. Follow up on construction and project progress with the engineering team; 8\. Follow up on client requests with technical and commercial consultants; 9\. Follow up with clients via email, reinforcing topics discussed during on-site guidance; 10\. Prepare execution projects per engineering instructions. Requirements and Qualifications 1\. Ability to read and interpret technical designs; 2\. Knowledge of equipment and temporary structure assembly; 3\. Preparation of technical and photographic reports; 4\. Basic knowledge of occupational safety on construction sites; 5\. Technical communication with clients and engineering teams. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technician, or related fields.
