**Talls Solutions**, an engineering solutions leader within the **Grupo FG**, is seeking a **Data Analyst** to structure and develop the company's strategic data infrastructure.
The professional will be responsible for building a **centralized data platform**, ensuring data organization, integration, governance, and intelligence generation to support the company's strategic and technical decision-making.

**Responsibilities:**
* Structure and implement a centralized data platform;
* Develop and maintain processes for data collection, organization, standardization, and continuous updates;
* Consolidate data from multiple sources and systems;
* Build structured databases for technical, comparative, and strategic analysis;
* Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI or similar);
* Manage data throughout the project lifecycle (from legal to execution);
* Ensure cross-disciplinary and cross-departmental data alignment;
* Guarantee data quality, traceability, integrity, and governance;
* Support feasibility studies, quotations, and comparative analyses;
* Collaborate with technical teams and leadership to define KPIs and metrics;
* Identify inconsistencies and implement continuous improvements to data repositories;
* Conduct technical and structural analyses related to data architecture;
* Support the transformation of technical data into actionable business insights.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
* Experience in data analysis, organization, and database structuring;
* Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation;
* Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
* Ability to structure large volumes of data from multiple sources.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Python;
* Experience with BIM methodology (Revit);
* Exposure to engineering projects (facilitates technical interpretation of data);
* Experience building databases from scratch;
* Aptitude for researching technical standards and regulations;
* Interest in high-rise building projects.
