Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment upon completion of maintenance; Install, configure, and calibrate auto-pilot and GPS systems; interpret diagrams; Maintain CVT transmissions; Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; Administer field services via the Dealer system and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
