




Description: * Provide support in preparing doughs, breads, cakes and other bakery products according to established recipes and standards; * Preparation of hot or cold dishes according to technical specifications; * Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers and other utensils; * Monitor fermentation and baking processes to ensure product quality; * Perform inventory control of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary; * Keep the work area clean and organized, following food safety and hygiene standards.
