Maintaining close relationships with real estate agents and identifying new business opportunities Our client is a real estate development company committed to socially conscious development and is seeking a professional to work as a Commercial Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Organize and monitor activities related to sales and client acquisition; Provide strategic support to the sales team throughout all stages of the sales process (pre-sale, during sale, and post-sale); Monitor performance results and guide the team to achieve its targets; Maintain close relationships with real estate agents and track new business opportunities; Manage and distribute supporting materials to real estate agents; Organize and support training sessions for partner real estate agencies. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; Experience in the real estate or construction industry; Experience with CRM and management systems (preferred); Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team environment. **Benefits:** Meal allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
