




Responsible for ensuring compliance of processes, products, and procedures by conducting internal audits, monitoring departments, analyzing laboratory results, and training teams. Works in accordance with regulatory standards and quality management systems (MAPA, PF, ANP, ISO, GMP, GMP+), ensuring operational safety, reliability, and efficiency. * Compliance with product quality and safety laws and guidelines (MAPA, ANP, PF, certifications); * Conduct internal audits according to MAPA, ANP, and current certifications, developing audit plans based on the requirements of each standard; * Review, edit, and create departmental documents and checklists within the document management system; * Conduct 5S, procedural, GMP, and other trainings for all industrial staff; * Collect and send samples for analysis to internal and external laboratories; * Carefully analyze test results and systematically archive records; * Monitor departments using defined checklists; * Ensure compliance of stored and outgoing products; * Record and report information in MAPA, PF, and ANP systems; * Address non-conformities from customers and suppliers by implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Support continuous improvement of quality and regulatory processes within the company. Requirements / Specific Knowledge: * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025 or equivalent, MAPA, PF, ANP, GMP+, 5S); * Internal auditing, critical analysis of results, and compliance monitoring; * Ability to create, review, and update documents, checklists, and reports;
