Assist in and participate in planning preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Plan and schedule maintenance activities to be carried out by personnel in the area: electricians, mechanics, metalworkers, painters, sheet metal workers, and others; Analyze, study, and investigate the actual needs and potential consequences arising from equipment or machine failures; Document incidents and issue maintenance work orders; Distribute work orders to operators, technicians, or their respective supervisors; Record, after maintenance is completed, equipment or machine downtime, labor hours, materials used, parts purchased (if any), etc.; Generally liaise with supervisors to verify whether maintenance activities have been or are being performed correctly and fully meet the company’s requirements; Maintain control over machine and production line stoppages caused by breakdowns and other incidents; Be accountable for actions necessary to achieve established targets; Assist in software adaptation by communicating to responsible consultants any required changes or demands to better align the system with the company’s needs; Create and manage work orders, ensuring their proper use; Monitor and report inconsistencies in individual labor time entries via spreadsheet, aiming to maintain data reliability; Control submission of time entries and compile information for timely completion of data entry; Monitor the operation of the Maintenance Department’s management software—PIMS\-MI—observing, tracking, testing its performance, and developing alternatives to continuously enhance its efficiency and coverage for industrial maintenance processes; Support the maintenance team regarding system usage, information handling within the system, and departmental maintenance procedures; Monitor integration among modules of the maintenance management system across various departmental processes to ensure information efficiency and quality; Prepare daily reports on plant maintenance costs to support departmental management; Assist the IT department with integrating software modules into the database; Perform monthly budget reconciliation for the maintenance department, consolidating data from reports to improve information visibility across departments; Jointly plan off-season maintenance activities with all maintenance and process areas to ensure resources are forecasted and made available within the stipulated timeframe; Prepare comparative reports and charts for maintenance department management, covering labor productivity, accuracy of time entries, maintenance quality, and equipment availability; Carry out job responsibilities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; promptly inform immediate supervisors of any activity posing risks to one’s own or colleagues’ health and safety; Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Uphold the 5S program discipline, aiming for a safe workplace through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the work environment; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report any problems or damage detected to the immediate supervisor. 2512140202201862204
