Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Manage Service Orders (SO) and Service Requests (SR) submitted by requestors; * Interface with administrative, warehouse, and finance departments to optimize cross-departmental processes; * Assist in controlling warranty and damage documentation; * Create, evaluate, improve, and monitor mechanical and electrical maintenance technical procedures; * Issue and track daily maintenance performance indicators; * Support the development of corrective, preventive, predictive maintenance plans and improvement initiatives; * Support periodic reviews of maintenance plans; * Support critical analysis of downtime (performed daily); * Assist the PCM in developing performance indicators and presentations; * Support the Coordinator and PCM in managing the maintenance mini-business; * Monitor third-party service providers’ activities; * Identify and schedule maintenance services; * Support the development of Maintenance Projects (Capex); * Conduct research and gather technical data to establish inventory controls and related systems; * Develop simple-level technical procedures and documentation for maintenance; * Support implementation of corporate management systems, focusing on PSM and Maintenance modules; * Create direct purchase orders. **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree **Additional Information** Microsoft Office proficiency **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
