Job Summary: This professional prepares and reviews technical product drawings, develops projects according to specifications, and ensures alignment with manufacturing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Prepares technical drawings and develops product designs 2. Defines materials and supports the development of new products 3. Ensures compliance with technical standards and manufacturing processes 1. * Prepares technical drawings for products (e.g., tubular electric heating elements, cartridge heaters, band heaters, etc.). * Develops projects according to technical specifications and commercial requirements. * Interprets technical drawings, standards, and customer specifications. * Performs technical detailing for production (dimensions, materials, tolerances). * Selects and specifies materials based on application (metals, insulators, components). * Supports the development of new products and technical solutions. * Implements project modifications and revisions as needed. * Ensures drawings are suitable for the company’s manufacturing processes. * Collaborates with production to assess feasibility and improve designs. * Coordinates with the sales department to understand customer needs. * Supports the procurement department in defining material technical specifications. * Participates in design standardization and technical library development. * Prepares bills of materials (BOM – Bill of Materials). * Supports testing and validation of new products. * Manages drawing revisions and versions. * Uses technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). * Ensures compliance with applicable technical standards. * Contributes to continuous improvement of designs and processes. * Supports analysis of technical failures related to products. * Prepares technical documentation for production and customers. * Collaborates with engineering, quality, and production departments to resolve issues. * Maintains organization of technical files (physical and digital). * Supports development of customized solutions for customers. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
