Job Summary: Operates roller compactors on various civil construction projects, performing inspections and maintenance to ensure proper compaction and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with the team to optimize workflow #### **Responsibilities** * Operate roller compactors during various phases of civil construction projects, such as paving, earthmoving, and soil compaction. * Conduct daily equipment inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. * Ensure proper material compaction according to project technical specifications and safety standards. * Maintain a clean and organized worksite, marking hazards and obstacles to ensure everyone's safety. * Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on the roller compactor, reporting anomalies to supervision. * Record operational data, including operating hours, fuel consumption, and compacted areas. * Collaborate with engineering teams and other operators to optimize workflow and project scheduling. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category D or E. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) operating various types of roller compactors (smooth-drum, sheepfoot, vibratory). * Solid knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy machinery. * Ability to interpret compaction project plans and technical specifications. * Valid Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) and physical fitness for manual labor. * Availability to work rotating shifts and at various construction sites. #### **Skills** * Roller Compactor Operation * Basic Preventive Maintenance * Operational Safety * Mechanical Fault Identification * Compaction Control * Fuel Management ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
