Job Summary: Operates a motor grader to perform earthmoving, land leveling, and road construction tasks, conducting daily inspections and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to interpret technical drawings and project plans #### **Responsibilities** * Operate motor grader to perform earthmoving, land leveling, subgrade finishing, and road construction. * Conduct daily inspections of the motor grader, checking oil, coolant, fuel levels, tire conditions, and hydraulic systems. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on the equipment, such as lubrication and minor repairs, and report anomalies to the maintenance team. * Interpret project plans and technical specifications, ensuring operational compliance with engineering standards. * Control the motor grader blade's slope and height to achieve required elevations and profiles accurately. * Ensure operational safety by using appropriate PPE, proper signage, and adhering to occupational safety regulations. * Collaborate with field teams, communicating effectively to optimize workflow and project scheduling. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) operating motor graders on infrastructure and earthmoving projects. * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C, D, or E, with EAR (Remunerated Activity Endorsement). * Certified Motor Grader Operator training course. * Solid knowledge of basic mechanics for heavy equipment and hydraulic systems. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and earthmoving project plans. * Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) valid for this position. #### **Skills** * Motor Grader Operation * Earthmoving * Land Leveling * Basic Mechanics * Project Plan Reading * Preventive Maintenance * Occupational Safety * Grade and Slope Control ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance/Reimbursement, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
