A professional responsible for monitoring health plan portals, managing system access, providing internal support, and ensuring data consistency.

Continuously monitor health plan portals to ensure timely updates of information,
announcements, and operational requests;
* Manage user access (registrations, updates, unblocking, and monitoring of users across systems and portals);
* Provide internal support to other departments by handling service tickets, clarifying doubts, and routing requests;
* Validate received and sent information to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures;
* Support accreditation and de-accreditation processes with healthcare providers;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental documents, registrations, and records;
* Track deadlines and pending items to ensure timely completion of tasks;
* Complete simple tracking logs and reports for activity monitoring and performance indicators;
* Maintain active communication with healthcare providers, as needed, to align information and resolve pending items;
* Support the immediate supervisor with operational and strategic departmental tasks.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
