Professional who is attentive, disciplined, and ethically grounded The **TKA GROUP** is seeking a qualified professional to serve as an **Access Controller** in an industrial environment, ensuring asset security, controlling personnel flow, and complying with internal policies and applicable legislation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor assets with the purpose of **preventing, controlling, and combating any irregularities**. * Ensure safety and compliance with laws and internal regulations. * Receive and monitor movement of people in both unrestricted and restricted areas. * Inspect people, cargo, and assets. * Control access of people and vehicles to the company, performing rigorous verification of personal data. * Register all visitors and service providers in the company's proprietary system (via computer). * Notify responsible staff members to handle cargo removal, collect signatures, or escort visitors to designated departments. * Record all extraordinary events occurring during the shift in the internal system. REQUIREMENTS * **Minimum of 3 years' documented work experience in this role**; * Minimum of 1 year’s experience or formal training in security/access control; * Full availability for all working hours (including shifts and rotating schedules); * Flexibility and professional demeanor; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Punctuality and attendance; * Proactivity and strong communication skills.
