Additionally, they analyze HR metrics and contribute to implementing policies and practices aimed at employee development and engagement. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening through interviews to onboarding of new employees. * Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs. * Monitor and evaluate employee performance, proposing action plans for individual and collective development. * Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and practices aligned with the company's strategic objectives. * Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate, among others, proposing actions for continuous improvement. * Manage benefits administration, timekeeping, payroll processing, and other administrative HR routines. * Promote internal communication, encouraging dialogue among employees and contributing to a healthy and collaborative work environment. * Participate in internal marketing projects and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement. * Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge. * Collaborate with the HR team on various activities, supporting the creation of an inclusive, diverse, and innovative workplace.
