Ensuring worker qualification A construction contractor is seeking an Access Controller in São José dos Campos/SP. Work Schedule: Shift: Monday to Friday; Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasionally, may be scheduled to work on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), which will be compensated as overtime. **Responsibilities** Will perform access control for employees entering the construction site; screening will be conducted via a facial recognition registration system installed at the gate kiosk, aiming to prevent unqualified workers from entering the site. Requirements * Completed high school education * Driver's license category B (preferred) * Additional training: Preference for security guard or gatekeeping courses Compensation / Benefits * Salary: BRL 2,190.00; * Meal voucher: BRL 33.00 per day (average of BRL 860 per month); * Transportation allowance based on commuting needs; * Salary advance on the 20th of each month; * Overtime pay for Saturdays and Sundays worked; * Formal employment under CLT regime.
