We are seeking an Administrative Analyst – Senior Controller to work at our office in São José dos Campos, with periodic visits to the project located in the same city, directly contributing to the transparency, organization, and administrative security of operations. If you possess an analytical profile, attention to detail, and experience in financial and controller routines, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform governance and administrative control of operations; Carry out financial and banking control, ensuring accurate transactions and reconciliations; Execute accounting, tax, and fiscal control, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; Monitor construction technical documentation, safeguarding data accuracy; Monitor compliance with applicable labor legislation; Manage accounts receivable and support cash flow management; Provide support for scheduled audits; Consolidate managerial information and present monthly reports to the executive board; Utilize Sienge and Siecon systems to support administrative and financial information control and management. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; 3–5 years of experience in administrative and/or financial routines; Experience in controller, audit, or related functions; Knowledge of administrative and financial controls.
