




Job Summary: Develop and implement processes and resources for the integration and industrialization of aerospace products, ensuring quality and reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on innovation and overcoming challenges in the aerospace industry **About the Team:** * Development of indicators and strategies for integration and industrialization of products under development; * Development and implementation of the aircraft final assembly line; * Integrated product development with a manufacturing engineering perspective. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Developing and implementing processes and resources, working directly on the product to ensure optimal technical integration for the technology, meeting requirements, and guaranteeing reliability within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Production Cycle criteria. * Developing processes and resources related to the development of a new product, from final assembly through aircraft delivery to the customer. * Managing the development of resources and production lines in coordination with external interfaces and suppliers, meeting delivery volume, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. * Developing new processes for handling and installing electrical systems on aircraft. * Specifying, procuring, and implementing high-voltage system installation equipment. * Ensuring application of manufacturing requirements in the design of a new aircraft under development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (with diploma or official completion certificate) in Electrical Engineering; * Active CREA registration or documentation required to obtain it; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Experience in product development processes; * Experience with tools for problem analysis and resolution; * Experience with Lean tools and concepts. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Basic CATIA knowledge; * MES/SAP knowledge; * Experience in final assembly processes for aerospace products (electrical and avionics). **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
