




Job Description: **IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Provide user support for incidents related to networks, computers, and printers; Assemble, repair, and configure IT equipment (e.g., memory, SSD, HDD, power supplies); Install and upgrade Windows operating systems, Office, and other software; Create network, email, and communication software user accounts; Manage folder/file and service access permissions (VPN, internet access, printing); Open and track vendor support tickets; Intermediate knowledge of Windows Servers; IT asset inventory control. Monitor daily backup jobs.
