You are expected to actively contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and strategic planning, as well as mentor professionals at various levels and promote a culture of technical excellence. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain backend applications in Java (Spring Boot). Participate in technical and architectural decisions. Integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Write automated tests (JUnit, Mockito). Collaborate with product and frontend teams. **Requirements:** Solid experience with Java 17+ and Spring Framework. Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD. Strong programming practices and design patterns. Technical English. **Nice-to-haves:** Experience with microservice architecture. Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Cloud (AWS). Test-Driven Development (TDD). EKS.
