Propose continuous improvements to internal processes through automation We are seeking a web developer with experience in web design to work on the development and maintenance of websites and digital platforms. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Process Automation Specialist** to develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows within our operations, primarily using the N8n platform. This professional will be responsible for integrating tools and systems via API, orchestrating automations across diverse platforms (CRMs, e-commerce, ERPs, internal systems, etc.), and applying supporting scripts when necessary—using languages such as JavaScript or Python on an as-needed basis. **The focus is on solving real-world daily problems with practical, organized, and scalable solutions**—without requiring complex development or robust backend systems. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, structure, and implement process automations using N8n; * Integrate tools and platforms via REST API (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, RD Station, Meta Ads, etc.); * Create and maintain simple scripts for automation customization (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, or basic Python); * Conduct testing, document workflows, and ensure data security and consistency; * Propose improvements to internal processes based on automation opportunities; * Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer support, and operations teams to understand requirements and propose automated solutions. **Technical Requirements:** * Practical experience with N8n or other automation tools such as Make (Integromat) or Zapier (with primary emphasis on N8n); * Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Node.js (for occasional scripting); * Experience with REST API integrations (GET, POST, headers, tokens, JSON, etc.); * Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, etc.; * Understanding of programming logic and data organization. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience with version control via Git (even basic); * Knowledge of simple databases (e.g., Firebase, Airtable, or MySQL); * Experience working in digital agencies or technology companies. **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation; * Systemic thinking and ability to connect departments and needs; * Organization and clear documentation of processes; * Clear communication skills for interacting with non-technical teams. **What We Offer:** * A collaborative, innovative, and fast-growing environment. * Opportunity for growth within a nationally expanding group. * Autonomy and space to implement real improvements in the company’s day-to-day operations. * Participation in interdisciplinary projects with technology, marketing, and product teams. **Location:** São José dos Campos **Employment Type:** PJ (On-site) **Company:** Grupo Vello **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours
