Job Summary: The professional will support management in decision-making, propose technical solutions, implement complex new features, and lead software architecture and development. Leadership in software architecture and development **About the Team:** * Our team acts as management support for decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Proposing technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Independently implementing a set of complex new features and system modules. * Defining the most suitable technologies and libraries for the project. * Identifying areas that can be improved and/or automated within the system and processes. * Writing reusable code and applying well-established design patterns. * Supporting the team to work more quickly and efficiently. * Strong knowledge and experience in software architecture. * Leading test development and test-driven development. * Implementing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure quality. * Participating in the full system development lifecycle, from conception through delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking. * Experience with quality processes and tools. * Experience with quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001\) and lean manufacturing. * Extensive knowledge of corrective and preventive action execution and management, and handling non-conforming products. * Solid experience in system architecture and software development. * Solution architecture design expertise. * Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Kubernetes. * Solid understanding of software architectures (microservices). * Experience with programming languages C and Java. * Knowledge of Javascript/TypeScript/Vue. * Familiarity with JIRA. * Knowledge of Git and Configuration Management. * Understanding of testing methodologies and processes. * Experience in large-scale projects. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
