Job Objective Develop, implement, and maintain medium-to-high-complexity systems, exercising technical autonomy and structured thinking. The professional must ensure delivery of scalable and secure code, collaborate on architectural design, and serve as a technical reference for entry-level developers. 2. Responsibilities and Duties * **Coding and Architecture:** Write clean and efficient code, applying design patterns and SOLID principles to ensure system maintainability. * **Problem Solving:** Diagnose and resolve complex bugs and production environment performance issues using advanced logical reasoning. * **Software Quality:** Plan and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and conduct rigorous code reviews. * **Technical Refinement:** Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to decompose business requirements into prioritized technical tasks and provide accurate time estimates. * **Mentoring:** Support the technical development of junior professionals by sharing best practices and knowledge about the technology stack. * **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and API integration guides. 3. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) * **Professional Experience:** Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). * **Technology Proficiency:** Expertise in programming languages relevant to the stack (Kotlin with Spring, React, C#, Python, and/or Flutter) and their respective frameworks. * **Databases:** Experience in data modeling, query optimization, and management of both SQL and NoSQL databases. * **DevOps and Cloud:** Proficiency in source control (Git), containerization (Docker), and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * **Integration:** In-depth knowledge of developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 4.
