Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, design, and help implement data flows and ETL pipelines to support the Processes department. * Structure databases focused on performance for business analytics. * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, handling data from its source. * Analyze and optimize queries to achieve optimal performance during data extraction. * Develop small *low-code* automations using Power Automate to increase agility in departmental routines. * Support automation of data capture and system integration by consuming external and internal APIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education Level**: Technology degree in IT-related fields. * **Programming Languages**: Experience or familiarity with Python (preferred) or R. * **Bonus (non-eliminatory)**: Hands-on experience with Data Manipulation and Graphical Analysis—familiarity with Pandas, Requests, Matplotlib, and Seaborn libraries. * **Data Processing and Modeling**: Practical experience with Power Query for data transformation.
