Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, design, and help implement data flows and ETL pipelines to support the Processes department. * Structure databases focused on performance for business analytics. * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI, handling data from its source. * Analyze and optimize queries to achieve optimal performance during data extraction. * Develop small *low-code* automations using Power Automate to increase agility in departmental routines. * Support automation of data capture and system integration by consuming external and internal APIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education Level**: Technology degree in IT-related fields. * **Programming Languages**: Experience or familiarity with Python (preferred) or R. * **Bonus (non-eliminatory)**: Hands-on experience with Data Manipulation and Graphical Analysis—familiarity with Pandas, Requests, Matplotlib, and Seaborn libraries. * **Data Processing and Modeling**: Practical experience with Power Query for data transformation. Prior exposure to flow and process design, ETL processes, dimension creation, and Star Schema and/or Snowflake modeling is important. * **Data Visualization, Power BI, and DAX**: Experience creating dashboards. **Practical knowledge of DAX**, including familiarity with filtering functions, aggregations, time intelligence, and everyday measures (e.g., CALCULATE, SWITCH, etc.). * **Automation & Integration**: Hands-on experience with Power Automate for creating *low-code* workflows and familiarity with reading and manipulating structured JSON data. * **SQL proficiency is mandatory**: Familiarity with writing, optimizing, and debugging queries (*JOINs*, *Subqueries*, and *CTEs*). * **Must have easy access to the Mogi das Cruzes region.** **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
