Job Summary: Develop and deliver product training content, ensuring comprehension and assimilation by new and current operators, thereby reinforcing information credibility. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on operator integration and retraining **Primary Job Objective:** Develop, structure, and deliver product training content for the company's clients, ensuring effective transmission, understanding, and assimilation of material during training sessions; clearly and concisely disseminating operational procedures and processes to integrate new operators or to retrain and update existing operators, thereby ensuring the credibility of information conveyed to clients. **Requirements:** A completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree is preferred; Prior experience in training and development; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; 6x1 work schedule (alternating weekend days off); Flexibility regarding working hours; **Must have convenient access to Mogi das Cruzes (neighborhood:** Mogilar). **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
