### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for leading and coordinating the scaffolding assembly team in assembly, disassembly, modification, and inspection activities of structures, ensuring safety, technical compliance, and adherence to established deadlines. Working directly in industrial environments, guaranteeing that services meet regulatory standards and the quality requirements set by the company and client. **Responsibilities** * Plan and assign industrial scaffolding assembly and disassembly tasks according to maintenance schedules. * Guide and supervise the assembly team, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety regulations. * Ensure assembled structures comply with technical requirements, NR\-18 and NR\-35 regulations, and other legal requirements. * Monitor the usage and inventory of scaffolding materials and components, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Conduct inspections on assembled structures, approving or rejecting them based on stability, safety, and functionality criteria. * Record executed activities and prepare technical reports as required. * Interact with engineers, technicians, and other maintenance supervisors to align operational needs. * Support team training through practical guidance and dissemination of safe practices and proper assembly techniques. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education.
