Job Summary:
Engineering and production process analyst and optimizer, developing and implementing improvements and conducting technical feasibility studies for projects.

#### **Responsibilities**
* Analyze and optimize engineering and production processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing technical solutions.
* Develop and implement improvements in systems, equipment, and operational procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new engineering projects, including risk analysis and return on investment assessment.
* Prepare detailed technical documentation, such as engineering specifications, process flowcharts, test plans, and performance reports.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (production, maintenance, R&D) to ensure proper execution and integration of projects.
* Use modeling and simulation software (CAE/CFD) to predict system and component behavior under various conditions.
* Monitor and analyze engineering and production performance indicators (KPIs), presenting insights and recommendations to management.
#### **Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor) for creating and interpreting technical drawings.
* Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM.
* Proficiency in data analysis and applied statistical tools for engineering (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for analysis).
* Familiarity with applicable technical standards and regulations (e.g., ABNT, ISO, NR's).
* Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) or agile methodologies.
